We accept payment via Zelle or cash. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of your session.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session may be eligible for a credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session will forfeit the deposit paid. We understand life happens please reach out as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

JW Studios has a signature editing style bright, clean, and studio-polished. This style is consistently applied across every session we shoot. You can see exactly what to expect by browsing our portfolio and Instagram before booking. By booking with us, you are agreeing to and accepting our editing aesthetic.

We do not release raw, unedited, or proof images under any circumstances. Every image we deliver has been carefully edited to our studio standard. Raw files are never included in any of our packages and are not available upon request. This is a firm studio policy with no exceptions.

All payments are non-refundable once the session has taken place and the final gallery has been delivered. This includes situations where a client is dissatisfied with the editing style, requests unedited files, or simply changes their mind. We are transparent about our style, process, and policies before every booking so there are no surprises.

Yes! Behind the scenes footage is filmed at every JW Studios session as part of our standard studio experience. This is something all of our clients are a part of. If you have any concerns about this, please reach out before your session.

JW Studios retains full copyright of all images captured during your session. We reserve the right to use session images for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you would prefer your images not be shared publicly, please let us know in writing before your session and we will honor that request.

We follow a two-stage delivery process. First, we send you a temporary proofing gallery so you can make your final image selections. Once you have made your selections, we deliver your fully edited final gallery. After the final gallery is delivered, the service is complete. Please note that the proofing gallery is temporary and will no longer be accessible once the final gallery is sent.

Our editing style is a core part of the JW Studios experience and is non-negotiable. We do not offer re-edits or style changes after the final gallery has been delivered. We encourage all clients to review our full portfolio before booking so they know exactly what to expect. Disliking the editing style after delivery is not grounds for a refund or revision.
